How do I pay for my order?
Payment can be made in the form of cash, check, money order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
Is a deposit required?
Yes, before we can place your order a ½ deposit is required.
When is my balance due?
The remainder of your balance is due when you receive your product.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Typical production time is 2-3 wks. This does not include shipping time. Rush services are available with an added fee.
Will I receive confirmation after I place my order?
Yes, you will receive an email or fax confirmation on your order.
Will I be notified after my order has shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email notification with tracking # and the details of your shipment.
ARTWORK:
What kind of files do you accept?
We will accept many forms of art files. Ideal file formats are .cdr (corel draw) .ai (adobe illustrator) eps, wmf, and pdf (adobe acrobat) .psd (adobe photoshop) .tiff jpeg.
How do I get my artwork to you?
1. You can email your artwork at sales@mark-im.com (Please keep your file size under 10meg) 2. You can fax your artwork to (724) 482-0158. 3. You can mail your artwork at 540 Evans City Rd, Butler,PA 16001. If you are mailing your artwork to us we accept artwork on cds or flash drives or stop by the shop in person.
My artwork needs some touch up, is there a charge for that?
Yes, there will be an artwork charge. The charge will be determined by the level of (touch up) that your design will need.
I would like to have my design Embroidered; are there any extra fees to have that done?
Yes, to have you designed ready for embroidery we will have to digitize your design and there will be a fee which varies depending on complexity of your design.
GARMENT SIZES AND COLORS:
What sizes do we offer?
We offer most sizes which include infant, youth and adult, but will vary depending on style chosen.
What colors are available?
There are so many colors available but not all colors are available in all sizes, so let our sales staff help you when making your decision.
PRINTING:
Do you keep my artwork on file?
Yes, we will keep your artwork on file indefinitely.
When screen printing do you keep my screens?
No, Unless an order is placed again within 30days you will be charged again for all screen prep to fill another order.
Can you color match?
We will try to get as close as we can to your requested color. We also offer pms color match on many of our products. Costs will vary depending on the product.
GENERAL:
Is there a guarantee on your products?
If we make a mistake on your order or the product is materially defective, we will replace it free of charge.
Do the prices of the products become lower when I buy larger quantities?
Yes, buying in quantity will lower your price
Do you offer special pricing to schools or organizations?
We have special pricing for certain fundraising for schools and organizations. Contact us for more information.
Do you sell blank or unprinted items?
Yes, contact us for more information and pricing.
If there is a problem with my order, what do I do?
Contact us immediately. You have 15 days from the time you have received your order to notify us with problems. |
